SONY LEGACY'S RESURRECTION
OF DEATH
7/23/15

A remastered version of Roger Waters' 1992 album, Amused to Death, streets tomorrow (7/24) via Columbia/Legacy.

The record famously portrays a perpetually dissatisfied society driven by dwindling attention spans and an increased demand for instant entertainment and gratification. “I’m remembering the record from [over] 20 years ago, that most of what I had to say then sadly still pertains today and is maybe even more relevant to our predicament as people in 2015 even than it was in 1992,” shared the Pink Floyd co-founder.

The 2015 edition features a souped-up 5.1 surround remix on high-definition Blu-ray audio and a remastered stereo mix (i.e. it sounds reeeeeally cooool, man).

In celebration, Sony projected an attentive human eye (as portrayed on the original cover art) in front of London's Big Ben. It's either that, or someone slipped acid in our coffee cups.
