Rhino is tagging its Record Store Day 2018 offerings as its most ambitious collection of vinyl yet and parent company Warner Music is rolling out buses in New York and Berlin to get vinyl addicts into stores and a little drunk.
Warner Music Group’s third annual Record Store Crawls start on Record Store Day—4/21—in New York City and Berlin with another 13 crawls taking place throughout the year. L.A.’s crawl takes place 7/21 and Nashville on 8/4; attendees will be among the first to have access to the limited-edition releases, which will hit shelves at indie retailers across the U.S. during each crawl. (You don’t actually crawl—a bus filled with alcohol and food takes people from store to store).
