TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST GAINERS

Hip-hop songs are catching the attention of Shazam users as new tracks from 6IX9INE, DJ Khaled, Lil Duval and Rich the Kid land among the biggest gainers on the Shazam USA Top 100.

“Fefe” (Ten Thousand Projects), 6IX9INE’s collab with Nikki Minaj, leads things off with a dramatic rise to #4 on the Top 100. DJ Khaled’s reunion with Justin Bieber, Quavo and Chance the Rapper, “No Brainer” (We The Best/Epic), slides in right behind.

Interscope’s Rich the Kid and Rich Broke/Empire’s Lil Duval enjoyed smaller bumps.

A sync on Starz’s Power pushed LP’s 2016 release “Muddy Waters” (BMG) to #36.

Meanwhile, Britian’s televised shag fest Love Island continues to drive the biggest movers list in the U.K. Tracks by Dermot Kennedy, Kwabs and Ludovico Einaudi are atop a list of 25 songs that were not in the Top 200 last week. Now that the finale has aired, what TV show will have thumbs wagging next?
