KESHA'S RBG MOVIE SONG JUDGED A CONTENDER

As Grammy Whisperer Paul Grein recently noted, the Kesha song "Here Comes the Change," from the Ruth Bader Ginsburg biopic On the Basis of Sex, is among the movie songs generating awards heat. Grein notes that the tune—co-written by Kesha, Andrew Pearson and Stephen Wrabel—is a contender for Best Song Written for Visual Media. (The Mimi Leder-directed film, starring British actresss Felicity Jones, hits U.S. theaters on 12/25.)

You can read more about the backstory of the song in this profile, and you can check out Kesha's rendition below. Rumors that Kesha manager Jack Rovner owns his own set of judicial robes couldn't be confirmed at presstime.
