Some days, it’s hard to sit down and just start writing about music. Earthquakes, hurricanes, wildfires—but I think as long as no one mentions “climate change,” we’re all good, right? So, let’s get to it…

Capitol’s Marella, Rainey and Siciliano have been at the top of the addboard for the last two weeks with Sam Smith’s “Too Good at Goodbyes.” That one, which was also the #2 Greatest Gainer for the week, landed inside the Top 25. And it went #1 on Spotify, iTunes and BuzzAngle consumption charts. You might say it’s on fire. Niall Horan’s “Slow Hands” is set to move to #1 this week, and the second single, “Too Much to Ask,” drops this week with the album due to be released on 10/20. Halsey’s “Bad at Love” (Astralwerks) makes the Top 20 move with 170 stations on board and 13m+ video views.

Warner Bros. Gray, Dyer, Reich and Shih put Dua Lipa’s “New Rules” back in the Most Added column again this week with 24 new adds just as the track moves Top 30. There are now 125+ stations on board. Impacting 10/3 is Linkin Park’s “One More Light”—the video for which is currently trending #1 on YouTube. “The caring message of ‘One More Light’ is something folks will grasp immediately,” says SiriusXM King of Pop Kid Kelly. “The musical legacy Chester left is a gift to be seized.” Macklemore f/Skylar Grey’s “Glorious” (Bendo) is Top 20 and pulls in big spin increases at KLIF, KRBE and KKDM.

Caroline’s Saturn, Halpern and Holman are doing a great job with Hey Violet’s “Hoodie.” With over 140 stations spinning, this one is set to join the Top 30. Next up is NF’s “Let You Down”; already on board are WKQI, WNOW and AMP NY.

RCA’s Riccitelli, JR, Daddio and Cooper impacted ZAYN f/Sia’s “Dusk Till Dawn” this week, putting it in the Most Added column, while scoring adds from HITS 1, Music Choice, WKSC and Y100. Kesha’s “Praying” (Kemosabe) has all but closed out the panel. It climbs up inside the Top 15 as it moves to power rotation at HITS 1, WRVW and WNCI, based on strong research. P!nk’s “What About Us”—the #12 U.S. Digital Track in sales this week—is set to join the Top 15. Up next is Khalid’s “Young, Dumb & Broke” (Right Hand).

Hollywood’s Finck, Smith and Ennis have Sabrina Carpenter’s “Why” ready to join the Top 30 this week, with big support from KDIS, Music Choice, KALV and WWMX.

Def Jam’s Sackheim, Rothschild and Farag have the #5 Greatest Gainer at Pop with Logic f/Alessia Cara & Khalid’s “1-800-273-8255.” The track is now Top 15 and is #1 among RTM females this week. It’s also Top 10 at iTunes. Axwell^Ingrosso’s “More Than You Know” now has 40+ stations on board, including WPOW, KROI and WPOI. New this week is WQEN.

Columbia’s Leipsner, Borris and Vaughan debuted PRETTYMUCH’s “Would You Mind” (SYCO) with 60+ stations on board, including WIOQ, WKSC and HITS 1. Harry Styles’ “Two Ghosts” is set to join the Top 30 with 130+ stations spinning. By the way, his sold-out tour kicked off in L.A. this week. Dej Loaf’s “No Fear” is chartbound and already has some impressive call letters on board with WBMP, KYLD, WDZH and WODS.

Epic’s Afloarei and Dimig impacted Fifth Harmony’s new “He Like That” (SYCO) this week, landing them in the Most Added column with 37 adds that include WKTU, KIIS, WHYI and WFLZ. French Montana f/Swae Lee’s “Unforgettable” (Bad Boy)—one of the week’s Greatest Gainers—made the Top 10 jump, and it’s one of the Top 10 streaming songs in the country. Camila Cabello’s “Havana” (SYCO) charted this week with support from Z100, KIIS, WWPW and Y100. Yo Gotti & Mike Will Made-It f/Nicki Minaj’s “Rake It Up” is chartbound.

Republic’s Spangler and Russell impacted Nick Jonas’ “Find You” (Island) this week, pulling in 42 stations, including B96, WXKS, KIIS and KDIS, and making it the #3 Most Added track this week. This one should chart soon. Hailee Steinfeld & Alesso f/Florida Georgia Line & watt’s “Let Me Go,” which charted this week, could be found in the Most Added column. It was also added to Spotify’s #1 Pop Playlist and Today’s Top Hits. Taylor Swift’s “Look what You Made Me Do” (Big Machine)— #2 at iTunes and #3 in U.S. consumption—is heading Top 5 as the week’s #3 Greatest Gainer. Liam Payne f/Quavo’s “Strip That Down” is Top 5 MB, #5 U.S. Shazam and Top 10 at iTunes. Big increases this week include WBMP, KIIS, KLIF and KDWB. Demi Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry” (Safehouse/Hollywood/Island) is heading Top 10 as one of the week’s Greatest Gainers, while #6 at iTunes and #12 at Spotify in the U.S. Justin Bieber & BloodPop’s “Friends” (GPOP/RBMG/Def Jam) is also Top 10-bound. That one’s Top 10 at Spotify globally, Top 15 at Shazam globally and Top 15 at iTunes. J. Balvin & Willy William’s “Mi Gente” (Universal Latin) is now Top 25 with big support coming in from WBMP, KIIS, KLIF and KQMV. Julia Michaels’ “Worst in Me” impacts next week.

BMG’s David Nathan keeps stacking on the adds for Fergie f/Nicki Minaj’s “You Already Know.” With 60+ stations spinning new airplay this week from WBBM, KDWB and KPWK, consider it chartbound.

MUSIC WE LOVE: NF’s “Let You Down” (Caroline), Lights’ “Giants” (Warner Bros.).
