ENTERCOM MAKES IT OFFICIAL

As part of the conditions for their merger with CBS Radio back in 2017, Entercom completed the sale of some key San Francisco and Sacramento radio properties today, to the tune of $141m.

Bonneville International—who had been operating the stations in an LMA since the initial spinoff— are now the new owners. In San Francisco, the company picks up Top 40 KMVQ (99.7 NOW), Urban AC KBLX, and AC KOIT, along with Classic Rock KUFX (98.5 K-FOX) in San Jose. In Sacramento the stations are Sports outlet KHTK-AM, Country KNCI, AC KYMX (Mix 96), and Hot AC KZZO (NOW 100.5).
