Australian one-man-show Harts will be returning to the States to perform for Bardot's School Night in Hollywood on Monday 7/17. He's also getting ready to debut the equal parts pop/electro/funk/rock album Smoke Fire Hope Desire through Washington Square Music, an imprint of Razor & Tie, on 7/21. If you understandably can't wait 'til then we've included the music video for his very groovy track, "Peculiar," to tide you over.

According to a statement from Harts' team, the late Prince personally invited him to Paisley Park Studios and declared, "he reminds me of how I was at that age." We'd say that's reason enough to check the guy out.
