Harry Styles, Lianne La Havas, Lewis Capaldi and Dave are among the songwriters nominated for this year’s Ivors with Apple Music Awards.

This year’s 33 nominations celebrate 70 individual British and Irish songwriters and composers with 70% receiving their first Ivor Novello nod. Others up for gongs include AJ Tracey, Laura Marling, Fontaines D.C., Ashnikko, Arlo Parks and Pa Salieu.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 9/21. Nominees for the Rising Star category have already been revealed, with Allegra, Holly Humberstone, Kamal., Rachel Chinouriri and Willow Kayne in the running.

Styles and Tracey are up for the coveted Songwriter of the Year title against Kamille, Celeste and her co-writer Jamie Hartman, and MNEK.
