A CHORUS OF PRAISE: IVORS 2024 NOMS
Reservoir has signed a global publishing deal with Scottish singer and songwriter Emeli Sandé. The deal includes her upcoming album and future works.
Sandé, who has two U.K. #1 singles, 10 Top 10s as both a solo and featured artist and three Top 10 albums (including her #1 debut, Our Version of Events), is expected to release her fourth album in 2022. Last month, her latest single “Family” dropped — the first to be released under her new deal with Chrysalis Records (she was previously signed to Virgin EMI).
Discussing her new publishing deal, Annette Barrett, Reservoir U.K. Managing Director and Global Strategic Liaison, said of Sandé, a four-time BRIT Award winner, “She is an amazing talent; I have admired her songwriting and artist career over the years and am so excited for the release of her new work.”
Reservoir EVP, Global Creative Director Donna Caseine, said her team will be working on “bolstering” this success Stateside. “From Our Version of Events to her upcoming LP, Emeli continues to be a powerful and important songwriter and artist. Our team is looking forward to supporting her talent.”
