CMT AWARDS ADDS PERFORMERS
4/4/22

The 2022 CMT Awards has expanded its star-studded lineup with the addition of three new performances.

Hitting the stage will be Mickey Guyton and Black Pumas for a world premiere collaboration, as well as performances by Old Dominion and CMT Music Award's most-awarded artist, Carrie Underwood, both of whom are up for two noms this year.

They join a bill that includes Kelsea Ballerini, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd, Carly Pearce, Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson, and Keith Urban, among other.

Additionally, CMT has narrowed down its Video of the Year nominees to a final six, Jason Aldean and Underwood's "If I Didn't Love You," Brown's "One Mississippi,” Ballerini and Kenny Chesney's "Half of My Hometown,” Combs' "Forever After All,” Johnson's "'Til You Can't" and Swindell and Wilson's "Never Say Never."

Ballerini will co-host the fan-voted show with Anthony Mackie, which broadcasts live from Nashville on 4/11 at 8pm ET on the CBS Television Network and will be available to stream on Paramount+.

Voting is now open here.
