SMN UPS MARINAKE
10/3/22

Sony Music Nashville (SMN) has promoted Nicole Marinake to vice president, partnership marketing and new ventures. In her new post she'll continue to oversee all national brand partnership efforts as well as continue to build the Sony Music Nashville Live brand. She'll report to SVP, Marketing Jennifer Way.

Marinake will also work closely with SMN’s regional promotion and artist development team to expand both the label and its "artist footprint" in the branding space on a regional level as well as venture into new technology, innovation, gaming and Web3.

"Nicole’s passion and dedication for our artists is her superpower," Way said. "Her expertise, innovative mindset and winning personality are key reasons Sony Music Nashville has developed invaluable relationships with key partners and subsequently brought to life smart and compelling collaborations, perfectly suited for our artists and their music."

Marinake previously held the role of senior director, partnership marketing, forging collaborative relationships with Google, T-Mobile, ESPN, PepsiCo, and VISA, to name a few corporate giants. She's also the co-chair of the Nashville Equity Taskforce, where she's helped fund Notes For Notes, Creative Girls Rock and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, among others
