ACM OPENS NASHVILLE HQ
12/14/22

After nearly six decades on the west coast, the Academy of Country Music has officially opened its new headquarters in Nashville.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by reigning ACM New Male and Female Artists of the Year Parker McCollum and Lainey Wilson, Nashville Mayor John Cooper, Deana Ivey of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp, AJ Capital Partners CEO/Founder Ben Weprin and ACM officials, including Academy board of director officers and members.

Located in the new Warehouse Co. Building, the office—which also serves as ACM Lifting Lives Nashville HQ—features workstations, a state-of-the-art content studio dedicated posthumously to longtime Academy staffer Lisa Lee, a performance stage, custom art installations showcasing ACM’s history and major milestones, plus more.

“It’s been three years in the making, and I just can’t believe, looking out on everybody’s faces, that we’re here,” said ACM CEO Damon Whiteside. “Welcome to the new Academy of Country Music headquarters!”

“I’m grateful to ACM CEO Damon Whiteside and the ACM Board of Directors for their commitment to Nashville and for bringing yet another outstanding cultural institution to our great city,” added Mayor Cooper.
