SHEERAN'S SUMMER OF STADIUMS

Ed Sheeran’s first tour of North America in five years will be an all-stadium run of 21 cities, beginning 5/6 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and wrapping 9/23 at L.A.’s SoFi Stadium. Sheeran’s recently completed U.K./European leg attracted more than 3m people.

AEG Presents is promoting the Wasserman Music-repped artist’s + - = ÷ x Tour (The Mathematics Tour), which will visit four or five stadiums per month through the summer. Among the stops are 6/10 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., and 7/22 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

Khalid is the main support act 5/6 to 9/2, with Russ opening the final three shows. Dylan (the Brit singer-songwriter, not Bob), Cat Burns, Maisie Peters and Rosa Linn will alternate as openers.

Registration to buy tickets begins today and closes Sunday. The verified-fan presale commences 10/12; the general-public on-sale starts 10/14.

The Stuart Camp-managed Sheeran will perform on CBSThe Late Show With Stephen Colbert on 10/13 and ABC’s Good Morning America on 10/14.
