The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Ryman Auditorium will celebrate the way country music has shaped rock 'n' roll and how rock 'n' roll has merged with Americana and country with a concert at the famed Nashville venue.
Rock the Ryman will be held 3/1 and feature The War and Treaty, Gavin DeGraw and Maddie & Tae's honoring the legacy and impact of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees who've graced the Ryman stage.
“More than 100 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees have performed on the Ryman’s hallowed stage throughout its 130-year history,” said Greg Harris, president & CEO of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. “We're thrilled to continue our collaboration with the Ryman by bringing together artists and fans for one incredible night to experience the power of rock 'n' roll through some of Nashville’s great talent.”
In November the Ryman opened a major exhibition, Rock Hall at the Ryman, to celebrate the venue's impact on rock 'n' roll history.
Tickets for Rock the Ryman go on sale Friday (1/27) at Ryman.com. Proceeds will help preserve and celebrate the history of rock 'n' roll at the Rock Hall and Ryman Auditorium.
