U.K. CHARTS: ELLIE'S DOUBLE DIP
4/14/23

Ellie Goulding has secured the U.K. Official Charts double with Higher Than Heaven (Polydor) hitting the top of albums and “Miracle” (Columbia) with Calvin Harris atop singles.

Higher Than Heaven is Goulding’s fourth chart-topping LP in the U.K. She joins Adele as the British female solo artists with the most #1 albums to their name.

Elsewhere on albums, NF has a career best with HOPE (EMI) landing at #2.

Following his Netflix documentary release, Lewis Capaldi’s Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent (EMI) rebounds 13 to #4 today. A 20th anniversary reissue of Linkin Park’s Meteora (Warner Records) sees the album jump back into the Top 10 at #7. Finally, Daughter’s Stereo Mind Game (4AD) scores the group a career high by charting at #12.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart, “Miracle” is #1 for a second week as it retains its lead as the most-streamed track in the country.

Libianca’s “People” (5K) is up two to #2. Drake has this week’s highest new entry with “Search & Rescue” (Republic/Island) at #5.

Bakar’s “Hell N Back” (Black Butter) leaps eight to #20, while Zara Larsson’s “Can’t Tame Her” (Epic) is up two to #25.
