Beavis & Butt-head creator Mike Judge is taking his comic talents to the world of country music with a new animated series for Cinemax, Deadline reports.
Mike Judge Presents: Tales From The Tour Bus is an eight-episode, half-hour series that chronicles eccentric characters in the Nashville scene. Currently in production, it is scheduled to premiere later this year.
Judge, co-creator of Silicon Valley and King of the Hill, created the series with Richard Mullins and The Last Ride co-writer Dub Cornett. The series is Cinemax’s first comedy series.
