"WHAT IFS" GOES FOR GOLD

RCA Nashville/Zone 4's Kane Brown hit two career milestones today with his single "What Ifs"—off his self-titled debut album. "What Ifs" not only broke into the Top 20 at Country radio, it was also certified gold by the RIAA. RIAA and Sony Music staff surprised Brown with the plaque, as well as a celebration honoring the achievement, where he's pictured above.

Country music's rising star rejoiced in the gold certification of breakout single "Used To Love You Sober"—off the Chapter 1 EP—earlier this year, but "What Ifs" is his first track to reach the Top 20 at radio.

Kane Brown debuted at #1 on the Country album charts in December of 2016, and Brown's currently coming to the end of a national tour.
