Big Loud Records charttopper Chris Lane and Grammy-nominated artist Tori Kelly brought their smash, “Take Back Home Girl,” to Fallon last night (4/2) for the duo's first performance together.

Coming off the gold-certified success of singles “Fix” and “For Her,” “Take Back Home Girl” marks the first single off Lane's forthcoming sophomore album, due out this summer.
