BMLG RECORDS ELEVATES THREE
9/30/21

BMLG Records has revamped its radio promo team with the elevation of Liz Santana to Sr. Director East Promotion, Stella Prado to Sr. Director West Promotion and Kylie Dembek to Manager of Strategic Planning. The trio will continue working singles for a roster that includes Florida Georgia Line, Lady A, Brett Young, Riley Green and Laci Kaye Booth.

“We are so incredibly excited to promote Liz, Stella and Kylie. Since joining the Ape Den, Liz and Stella have been a key part of the label’s success in their respective regions,” said BMLG Records’ Matthew Hargis, SVP, Promotion and Marketing. “Additionally, it gives us great pleasure to create a new role inside the department and promote Kylie.”

Having been with the company for over six years, Santana rises from Director of Southeast Promotion. She formerly spent time at a boutique public relations firm in Palm Beach. Prado joined the team in 2016 after 21 years at KOST103.5 FM in L.A., where she climbed the ranks from intern to Program Director.

Dembek, who is elevated from her previous role of Promotions Coordinator, originally moved to Nashville from Boston after working at WKLB in college. She’s also held internships at the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Association.

Additionally, BMLG Records announced the upcoming departure of Michelle Tigard Kammerer. She leaves the company on 10/1 after seven years. “While we will miss Michelle, we are very excited for her new opportunity and wish her the absolute best,” added Hargis.
