HITTERS DAILY DOUBLE: Forget about the World Cup—it’s all about Columbia’s seventh annual Softball Challenge. Seen in these two teamwork-inspiring photos (click on each one to enlarge) are two of the six lineups that competed in the tourney. Green Team (below) is Promotion and features Lee Leipsner, Jim Burruss and Jon Borris, among other luminaries. Blue Team—Marketing, Digital and Finance—boasts Joel Klaiman, Steve Russo, Kathy Baker and Russel Baltera among its sluggers. Blue prevailed in this match and went on to face Legacy in the finals. There were hits and runs aplenty, but their biggest error was sending these pics to us. (7/14p)
