Songs of Hope
SPRINGING ETERNAL: The City of Hope's 10th annual Songs of Hope soiree goes down on 6/4 at the Brentwood estate of Ron Fair. This year, Dr. Luke will be presented with the Clive Davis Legend in Songwriting Award by His Cliveness himself. Brian Tyler will receive the Electronic Artscomposer's award; there will also be a silent auction and live music from Colbie Caillat, among other artists (more performers will be announced in the near future). Songs of Hope, which gathers more than 300 music-biz players for eats, drinks, kibitzing, tunes and check-writing, has raised more than $2.75 million to aid City of Hope's fight against cancer, diabetes and HIV/AIDS.
