ICYMSNL: Here’s One Direction showing off their voices and coifs in an energetic performance of “Story of My Life on Saturday Night Live over the weekend. The band returned to sing “Through the Dark,” another folk-pop anthem from Midnight Memories. 1D’s current hit single was one of nine tracks on the album co-written by John Ryan, who recently signed with Big Deal Music (see 11/26 item), thus giving the 15-month-old indie pubco its first worldwide chart-topper.
