Music Choice UPDATE

ANTI-CHOICE (UPDATE): The latest development in the Music Choice saga is that as of today, it is once again playing UMG records as good-faith negotiations over rates continue. You'll recall that the hybrid cable-broadcast music service, which reports to many of the Mediabase charts, had removed all Universal music from its stations; this was having a negative effect on UMG music at radio across the board. So far the damage to those records is limited to one day of spins. Stay tuned for further updates. (10/15p)
