DOWNTOWN BURBANK GETS MORE BEAUTIFUL: Clear Channel is launching a new venue, the iHeartRadio Theater, at The Burbank Studios in Burbank, California, and will inaugurate the 20,000 square-foot space on 10/22 with a Katy Perry album release party. The Capitol superstar will perform and participate in a Q&A with event host Mario Lopez at the event, which of course coincides with the release of her new set, PRISM; it will air in its entirety on 175 Clear Channel stations and be televised on the CW Network (home of the iHeartRadio Festival TV highlight shows) on 10/25 at 9PM EST. The New York iHeartRadio Theater has already hosted an array of major acts, including Justin Bieber, Mumford & Sons, Alicia Keys and Bon Jovi. (10/3p)
