DRIVE, THEY SAID: This satellite radio fad seems to be catching on. SiriusXM announced yesterday that the company has passed the 25-million subscriber milestone after adding 715k new subscribers Q2. Ramped up auto sales accounted for 15% of the growth, and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that a healthy automotive sector equals a healthy SiriusXM—provided, of course, that the content is compelling, as the press release rightly points out. We just wish they’d add a stoner channel. (7/11a)
