Music Reality Shows go Head to Head

REALITY TV COMPETITION FACES THE MUSIC: In a week where NBC’s The Voice and Fox’s The X Factor both premiere—and go head to head on Wednesday night—American Idol, which debuts on Fox in January, has completed its judging panel. The Hollywood Reporter now claims Enrique Iglesias, who was set to join Keith Urban, Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj as the foursome, has exited, with Randy Jackson who was supposed to be a mentor, back on the panel. Negotiations are said to continue with Urban and Minaj. Stay tuned for more. (9/10p)
