IVANA’S SECOND ACT IS A BIG LAUGH: Fresh off last night’s KROX show with fun., Kasabian, Blondfire, Tribes and Twin Atlantic, which she “curated” (whatever that means), HITS PoMo goddess Ivana will moderate the must-see panel “Creating Your Second Act” today at 1:30 p.m. Texas time in Ballroom 16A/B. She’s assembled an all-star cast for this event as well, strong-arming Nada Surf’s Matthew Caws, CMT’s Leslie Fram, Glassnote’s Daniel Glass, Merge’s Mac MacCaughan and new signing Bob Mould and Loeb + Loeb attorney John Strohm, a former member of the Blake Babies, Lemonheads and Antenna, who now reps The Civil Wars, Alabama Shakes and Bon Iver.
