Ehrlich Segues to Next Job

GRAMMY'S KEN-DO GUY: There's no rest for Grammy executive producer Ken Ehrlich, fresh off the show's record-setting ratings and social media spread. The much-in-demand exec is off to the White House next Tuesday (2/21) for Red, White & Blues, a tribute to the musical genre in honor of Black History Month, featuring B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Mick Jagger, Jeff Beck, Trombone Shorty, Shemikia Copeland and Keb Mo, among others. Maybe the Prez will kick a little Al Green into the mix. Part of Barack Obama's "In Performance" series, the show will be directed by Booker T. Jones for broadcast on PBS Feb. 27. "It's gonna be a pretty great show," said Ehrlich. Judging by his work, the vet of 32 Grammy telecasts knows what he's talking about. (2/15p)
