Taylor Swift, The Civil Wars in Hunger Games

SATISFY THE HUNGER: Taylor Swift and The Civil Wars’ “Safe and Sound,” the first single from the Universal Republic com-panion album to the Lionsgate movie, The Hunger Games, debuts today on iTunes, where it's already #1. Oscar winner T Bone Burnett produced the album for the film, which opens on March 23. Other tracks include Arcade Fire’s “Horn of Plenty” and The Decemberists' “One Engine.” The album will be recorded, mixed and mastered to the Code Standard developed by Burnett and his team, resulting in an archival-quality, future-proof tracks that will enable the listener to experience recorded music in the best possible quality across the technological spectrum.
