Gaga, Dick Clark, Fergie on NYE telecast

DIVA + DICK: Lady Gaga will be the featured guest performing at Times Square during the 40th edition of ABC’s New Year’s Eve telecast, the AP reports. Longtime host Dick Clark will once again be on hand for the festivities, teamed with the ever-present Ryan Seacrest. Fergie will host the L.A. portion of the show, which will go for three hours in prime time, break for the local news, then return for another two and a half hours. (9/12a)
