JIGGA IN DA HOUSE: Just before his incredible interview with Howard Stern yesterday about his new book, Decoded, Jay-Z hosted a coming-out party for new Roc Nation artist Jay Electronica last Friday night at N.Y. club The Box. Electronica, a soulful rapper who has a child with singer Erykah Badu, performed for a star-studded crowd which included Beyoncé and Estelle, singing three songs and debuting parts of his number "Shiny Suit Theory," featuring Hova and The Dream.
