E IS FOR EDGAR: One of the tidbits coming out of Fred Goodman’s upcoming Edgar Bronfman Jr. bio, Fortune’s Fool, is that the family nickname for him was “Efer,” which comes from the classic alphabet nursery rhyme, “E Is for Elephant.” That helped distinguish son from father Edgar. Later on, Bronfman adopted the moniker Junior Miles for his songwriting endeavors. ( 5/4p)
