FONTANA COPS GLOCC: UMG’s indie arm Fontana added rap label Zoo Life Entertainment, home of CEO 40 Glocc, to its distribution roster. Said President/CEO Ron Spaulding: “Isn't Glocc short for glockenspiel? I was expecting a German music label.” Glocc’s first release will be “N.W.A. (New World Agenda).” The one-time homeless teen is now head of the rap label whose roster includes such up-and-comers as Gail Gotti, Village Boo, TipToe, Locie Locc and Lil Boo. (3/10p)
