CARROLL BRINGS HIS ACT TO C3

Promo legend Bill Carroll has landed—he’ll be touching down soon, at any rate.

Carroll will join the promotion department of the C3 Management Division, working out of the company’s New York offices. C3’s client roster includes The Strokes, Nas, Bassnectar, Future and The Head and the Heart.

Carroll has been working records at the rock formats for 26 years, believe it or not, playing for such teams as Vagrant, Elektra, Virgin and, most recently, Capitol.
