THREE SIX ZERO MAKES A STIRLING CHOICE

Three Six Zero is further beefing up its North American division after announcing pop venture Twenty Four Artist Management, to be headed up by new recruit Stirling McIlwaine as SVP of U.S. Artist Management.

McIlwaine will also take full responsibility for supervising the U.S. management team based at Three Six Zero's Los Angeles offices. The exec has spent the past five years heading up his own firm, Pearl Group Entertainment, before which he worked alongside renowned British exec Simon Fuller at 19 Entertainment to manage artists graduating from American Idol.

In his new role, McIlwaine will report to Three Six Zero founders Mark Gillespie andDean Wilson, who said: “We are delighted to bring an executive with such industry know-how and acumen into Three Six Zero. As we continue to expand it’s great to add such a high caliber of experience to the team.”

McIlwaine himself added: “Three Six Zero is a very unique company. Dean and Mark have created an environment for managers that is forward looking, collaborative, dynamic and meaningful. I’m delighted to help them to continue to grow one of the smartest businesses in entertainment. Now I just need to find out which tea shop in the neighborhood has the finest scones."
