New Orleans death rap duo $uicideboy$ find their $3.99 special, Radical $Uicide EP (G59) start life at #8.

Justin Bieber’s presence on Major Lazer’s “Cold Water” f/ Bieber and (Mad Descent/Def Jam) pushes the track past the three hot new tracks of the last seven days and powerhouse releases from Sia and Justin Timberlake to take #1.
