NICK JONAS TO SERVE "BACON" AT VMAS

Safehouse/Island’s Nick Jonas will debut “Bacon,” the new single from his Last Year Was Complicated album, on the 8/28 MTV VMAs. The premiere of a single on the show is rare in itself, and Philymack CEO Phil McIntyre and team were reportedly told that spots were in short supply due to several megastar appearances already booked. But word is that the pitch by head of creative John Taylor and PR captain Pearl Servat was passionate and infectious enough to sway the network’s gatekeepers, and an offer was tendered.
