WHAT HAPPENS IN BURBANK

Last night in Burbank, the Capitol alt/rockers of Bastille celebrated the forthcoming release of sophomore set Wild World—out this Friday (9/9)—at the iHeartRadio Theater. FYI, lead single "Good Grief" just broke into the Top 5 at Alternative radio.

"Let me tell ya, as a promo guy, I know a thing or two about 'Grief,'" said Capitol SVP Alternative Promotion Gary Gorman before making a beeline for the party punch.

Seen wondering just what the hell was in that punch are Red Light Management's Will Botwin, KYSR's Mike Kaplan, Bastille's Dan Smith, Bastille's Will Farquarson, Gorman, Bastille's Chris Wood, Capitol's Joe Rainey, Bastille's Kyle Simmons and Capitol's Tony Bracy.

P.S. Don't forget to set those DVRs. Bastille is playing on Kimmel's outdoor stage later today. They also have an outdoor perf on the Today Show scheduled for Friday.
