Taylor Swift unleashed a big surprise on the world late Thursday night (12/8) by dropping "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" (Republic), a sexy duet with fellow pop star ZAYN.
The track, for the Fifty Shades of Grey sequel, Fifty Shades Darker, was co-written by Jack Antonoff and Sam Dew, and produced by Antonoff.
The Universal Pictures sequel opens 2/10.
Swift debuted the single through all her social media channels, featuring a short clip of the song on Instagram. It has quickly flown to #1 on iTunes.
Also hitting is the much-anticipated album from J. Cole, 4 Your Eyez Only (Dreamville/Roc Nation/Interscope) which instantly launched to the top of the iTunes album chart where it currently sits at #1. Cole had been making noise all week with the tracks "False Prophets" and "Everybody Dies," which were both featured prominently in his documentary Eyez. The songs are not on the album but sitting at #3 and #5 in single sales, respectively.
