KOBALT SPINNING GUETTA CATALOG

“Sexy Bitch,” “Turn Me On” and “I Gotta Feeling” have new owners. Kobalt has taken over the back catalog of David Guetta and will be responsible for publishing administration, including global synch and creative support services.

Willard Ahdritz, Kobalt’s Founder and CEO, praised Guetta as “a rare breed—a global superstar who’s worked with the world’s biggest artists and created hit after hit.”

Guetta released his debut album in 2002 and is famous for countless collaborations, among them “I Gotta Feeling” with the Black Eyed Peas and “Titanium” featuring Sia.

“We’ve built and cherished this catalog over more than 15 years,” says Jean-Charles Carré, Guetta’s business manager and partner, and I’m delighted to transmit it on to the expert hands of Kobalt.”

The Kobalt crew was last seen singing “2U” and jumping into the company jet for a flight to Ibiza.
