Three movies debuted in the Top 5 at the domestic box office this weekend, with Universal and Illumination's 2018 take on The Grinch coming out on top. Scoring $66m, it earned the third-largest opening weekend for an animated title in November—behind blockbusters The Incredibles and Frozen.
