THE APPLE DOESN'T FALL FAR FROM
THE DELI

Jesse Beer, who manages rockers Badflower, is celebrating the second Rock radio #1 for the Big Machine/John Varvatos Records band. "Heroin," the current chart-topper, follows the phenom "Ghost," which made the L.A.-based troupe one of the highest-profile young acts currently bashing guitars.

The new single from the Badflower's acclaimed OK, I'm Sick album, "Promise Me," just dropped. The band has emerged as a big touring act as well, with several festivals under its belt and a big surprise on tap. Their current headlining tour is now underway; dates with Shinedown begin next month. Singer Josh Katz appears below with Yungblud and actor/fan Johnny Galecki, who stars in the "Heroin" video (1.4m views and counting).

It's a well-deserved victory for the assiduous young Beer, who is of course the scion of music-industry macher Dennis Lavinthal.
