FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW RELEASES AT iTUNES AND APPLE MUSIC

Ed Sheeran leads a parade of new releases flipping over the Top Seven slots at iTunes albums while two Justin Bieber collabs enter the Top 10 at songs.

Sheeran’s No. 6 Collaborations (Atlantic) is also #3 at Apple Music while his track with Chris Stapleton & Bruno Mars, “Blow,” is #7 and his Bieber cut, “I Don’t Care,” is #10.

Bieber’s second entry is the new remix of Billie Eilish’s “bad guy” (Darkroom/Interscope)that sits at #9 on both the iTunes and Apple Music songs charts.

Back at iTunes albums, The Lion King ST (Disney) roars in at #2—#21 at Apple Music—followed by 311’s Voyager (311/BMG) at #3 and Big K.R.I.T.’s K.R.I.T. Iz Here (Multi Alumni/BMG) at #4 and #23.

Lakeshore’s The Music of Red Dead Redemption II, featuring songs by D’angelo and Rhiannon Giddens and score by Daniel Lanois, is #5. Banks’ appropriately titled third album, III (Harvest/Capitol) is #6.

The tribute album Tiny Changes: A Celebration of Frightened Rabbit’s ‘the Midnight Organ Fight’ (Atlantic) is #7 with K-Flay’s Solutions (Interscope) rounding out the collection of new releases at #9.

Kane Brown rights into the iTunes songs chart at #3 with “Like a Rodeo” (RCA Nashville).
