FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES AND APPLE MUSIC

We all know who’s sitting at #1 on this particularly significant flipover Friday, but there are another eight new releases—some from familiar names—occupying slots in the iTunes Top 10. At songs, the top selling new Taylor Swift track is “Cruel Summer” at #24 followed by “I Forget That You Existed,” “The Man” and “Soon You’ll Get Better” f/Dixie Chicks in the Top 50. The previously released "Lover" and “You Need to Calm Down,” which she performed Thursday on GMA, are in the Top 3.

At Apple Music, Swift’s Lover is #2 and the title track is the album’s most-streamed song, sitting at #20.

Back at iTunes, Big Machine has the #2 album, Midland’s second full-length, Let it Roll. Missy Elliott’s first record in 14 years, the five-track Iconology EP (Atlantic) is #3 with Jeezy’s TM104: The Legend of the Snowman (YJ Music/Def Jam) right behind at #4.

Christian hip-hop artist Andy Mineo has the #5 album, Work in Progress (Reach), one slot of ahead of A Different Shade of Blue (Pure Noise) from Kentucky hardcore band Knocked Loose.

Vince Gill’s Okie (MCA Nashville) settles in at #8 with Raphael Saadiq’s first solo album in eight years, Jimmy Lee (Columbia) at #9. Tanya Tucker’s While I’m Livin’ (Ttuckaho/Fantasy), her first album of new material in 17 years, is #10.
