APPLE UPDATES CORE LINEUP

The faithful minions gathered 9/10 in Cupertino and online to watch as Apple announced their annual fall device and services lineup. Services like Apple Music continue to grow revenue for the tech giant, and add to the excitement of new device releases.

Today's revelations included:

Apple Arcade launches 9/19, $4.99/mo family sub.

Apple tv+ launches 11/1, at a lower-than-expected price point of $4.99/mo family sub, with 1 year free included on every new Apple device purchase.

New iPhones 11, 11 Pro & 11 Pro Max out 9/20, 7th-Generation iPad out 9/30, and Apple Watch Series 5 out 9/20.

No music update beyond their 9/5 announcement of Apple Music on the web beta, and the Apple Music standalone desktop app within macOS Catalina, announced back in June 2019, out in October.

Meanwhile, we still use flip phones and a watch sports on a Trinitron.
