TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

A #6 single from 1978 is hotter than the enchilada platter at Los Pollos Hermanos as it and three tracks from 2017 and ’18 skyrocket up the Shazam USA Top 100 after appearing in films and TV shows.

Leading the way is Dr. Hook’s “Sharing the Night Together” (Capitol) from his ’78 solo album Pleasure & Pain that has been tagged heavily following its appearance in Netflix’s Breaking Bad movie El Camino. Extra salsa, hold the meth, please. And don’t burn the owner.

Elsewhere, the streaming/homevideo release of the teen romance pic After leads to renewed love for Bea Miller’s 2017 release “Like That” (Hollywood) and James Bay’s “Us” (Republic), the song he recorded solo, acoustic and with Alicia Keys.

Another song from 2017, Freya Ridings’ “Blackout” (Good Soldier/Capitol) is among the biggest movers after appearing in the pilot episode of The CW’s Batwoman.

That leaves one new single among the five biggest movers attracting thumbs: Juice WRLD & YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s “Bandit” (Grade A/Interscope). Streaming playlist placements have made “Lose Control” from Meduza & Becky Hill & Goodboys the biggest mover in Blighty, just ahead of the Dr. Hook track.
