TOP 20: HIGHLIGHTS REEL

Morgan Wallen stays on top as Dangerous: The Double Album (Big Loud/Republic) spends its fifth week at #1. Garth Brooks’ 1998 Double Live (Capitol Nashville) was the last country album to spend its first five weeks in the lead. The Weeknd’s The Highlights (XO/Republic) lands at #2 following Sunday’s Super Bowl performance, and Foo Fighters’ new Roswell/RCA set, Medicine at Midnight, debuts at #3. Wallen's previous Big Loud set, meanwhile, moves into the Top 15. Alas, Republic will control a mere 40% of the Top 5 and Top 10.

In other news, during the second impeachment trial of Donald Trump, the former president's lawyers argued that his impeachment was unconstitutional because he was afforded no way to tweet a response.
