TAG, THEY'RE IT! SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

Shazam-ers in the U.S. and U.K. find themselves drawn to similar music this week: Ed Sheeran, a song from the latest Fast & Furious sequel and a couple of cuts used in Loki.

Sheeran’s first single since 2019, “Bad Habits” (Atlantic), soars to #2 in the U.S. and #1 in the U.K., while Hayley Kiyoko’s 2020 track “Demons” (Empire) is right behind him on both charts thanks to a placement on Loki. The Disney+ series is also responsible for turning ears onto Bonnie Guitar’s 1957 Top 10 hit for Dot Records, “Dark Moon.”

Justin Bieber’s “Peaches” (Def Jam) is getting new attention following the release of a remix and a performance on The Voice finale. The opening weekend of F9: The Fast Saga, meanwhile, revs up Skepta & Pop Smoke’s “Lane Switcha” (Atlantic).
