UTA elevated 50 employees today—in Music, Audio, Marketing, Talent and other departments across 20 divisions in multiple offices—taking the agency’s number of promotions this year to more than 150.
Close to 60% of those promoted identify as women and a third as people of color. More than 90% of those promoted to Agent and 80% promoted to Coordinator started their careers in the UTA Agent Training Program. More than 80% of those promoted to Executive started as Assistant.
In music, Nikos Kazoleas, Alaina Latona and James Osgood were anointed as Agents, while Brennan Duffy, Shaq Millington and Jamie Waldman were named Coordinators. Details appear in the Instagram post below; click the arrow to scroll.
