GLASS, WCM MAKE A CONNECTION

Daniel Glass and Warner Chappell Music are partnering on Connection Music Publishing. Jackie Post (pictured) will serve as Head of Publishing. The freshly minted pubco's first signing is 21-year-old Welsh songwriter Edie Bens.

“My longtime friendship and professional relationship with Carianne [Marshall] and Guy [Moot] has now come full circle,” said Glassnote Records Founder/CEO Glass. “We are proud to be working with their stellar team to help our songwriters grow.”

Jackie Post (pictured) will be Connections' Head of Publishing.

“With Jackie Post at the helm, we couldn’t be more excited to be in business with this team,” WCM Co-Chair/CEO Moot and Co-Chair/COO Marshall said in a joint statement.

Bens, who grew up on country music and plays a blend of rock, folk and pop, will release her debut next year.
